Having ‘proved’ their worth with 11 years of service, with over 11,000 small, large, white, wholemeal, seeded, sun-dried tomato and olive loaves baked, and having ‘mixed’ it with half a dozen or so associate bakers over the years, our 2 Master Breadmakers have decided it is time to hang up their aprons. Can you help us keep freshly baked, ultra-low-food-miles, tasty bread in the shop? Can you, or do you know someone who could, ‘rise’ to the occasion? John & Dick are willing to train up the next ‘batch’ of bakers on Friday afternoons in September in the village hall kitchen from 1.30 until about 4pm.
