Humshaugh Village B4RN Project Update<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are pleased to report that the Humshaugh Village project continues to make strong progress.<\/p>\n

There has been a very healthy number of Expressions of Interest received, demonstrating strong community engagement and demand for the project. The cabinet agreement has now been signed, the process to install the cabinet is underway. \u00a0Our engineers have successfully completed surveys, and overall, everything is looking very positive for the project to proceed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

We would welcome further support with share pledges.\u00a0 A new Investment Offer was released on 1st May 2026, and we would like to share the details with the village community.\u00a0 Together let\u2019s get the project over the line.<\/p>\n

What is a Pledge?<\/strong>\u00a0Completing a share pledge means people are indicating they are intending on investing in B4RN and becoming members.<\/p>\n

What is our new offer:<\/strong>\u00a0Invest \u00a31,500 or more, and your connection fee is waived and you also receive free broadband; the amount of this increases with increased amounts of investment.<\/p>\n

(\u00a31,500\u2013\u00a32,499 \u2192 2 months free, \u00a32,500\u2013\u00a34,999 \u2192 4 months free, \u00a35,000+ \u2192 6 months free).<\/p>\n

Currently investors receive a 5% yearly return<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Your pledges help build the local network.<\/p>\n
